We have worked with Wolfgang NZ ltd since 2009. During this time Stuart and his team have provided excellent professional service as both security consultants and hospitality security specialists, looking after the three or four hospitality ventures I have been involved with during this time.
Over the last eight years, the team from Wolfgang have always been there to support us, and have ensured the safety and smooth operation of our venues in often trying circumstances. The team has always adapted to the style that fit the circumstances and our particular needs, perfectly.
The standard of their service is very high, and they have managed to carry out their roles so discreetly at times that our customers are often not even aware they have been managed by our security team. We find that they are willing to assist us at short notice, without issue, and offer suggestions and solutions for the likes of advanced planning for events etc.
We value the contribution they make to the success of our business and could not see ourselves using an alternative Security provider. Wolfgang has illustrated that they are invested in the success of our business and believe in long term working relationships. They deliver what is promised.
